A Note From The Founder and Senior Partner
FdSci.com was founded with a view to providing a dedicated, candid and personable recruitment service to a base of accomplished candidates and clients.
Our purpose is to provide the “best fit” to both our clients and candidates with a long-term view. We aim to provide our clients with permanent personnel. In our experience, the vast majority of ideal candidates are unlikely to consider themselves on the market and will already have in mind the kind of goal they want to achieve with their next move. We recognize the importance of taking the right career steps, and can assist with interview preparation and offer negotiations until the recruitment is successful.
Our work is based on a foundation of strong client/candidate relationships, in-depth market and industry knowledge, and a dedicated consulting team built over decades of experience.
